Title:  Maintenance Specialist Trainee

Job Purpose :

Perform maintenance and testing for MWD/LWD equipment in accordance with organizational standards and procedures, as well as presenting appropriate solutions for maximum equipment reliability and performance

Key Accountabilities : 

MWD/LWD Rig Support

• Provide technical and operational solutions to MWD/LWD Filed Engineers
• Arranging Tools and items as per request urgency
• Providing any additional requested data to assist Field Engineers.

Tools and Equipment

• Evaluate MWD equipment and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance to ensure their optimal working condition and utilization.
• Prepare MWD/LWD Tools assembly, testing, calibration as well as disassembly of tools in safe manner for job requirements.
• Monitor tool usage, manage the equipment inventory and supervise equipment transport to and from work site for availability as per requirements.

 Operational Compliance and Special Projects

• Complete MWD Tool Kit processes including tool preparations, log generation, data acquisition and quality control for compliance with standards and procedures.
• Execute Tool Kit maintenance in adherence to job design standards and documentation/system requirements, to ensure alignment to departmental procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
• Execute special projects assigned by reporting manager, in adherence to departmental standards, to meet organizational objectives.
