JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:

To support Drilling Services operations by performing given duties and job responsibilities in accordance to organizational standards and procedures;

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • For Submission to ONGC with invoice[Verify & Keep Record of Field data i.e. Daily Progress Reports , MWD Morning Reports, BRT / ART Hrs]
  • NCR/NPT Document follow-up from Field
  • Keep On-Hire Inventory for all the respective assets; Required by Client each day
  • Coordinate with FE's and DD Coordinator for paperwork related communication
  • Finalize Crew Plan (Keep Track of 21 Days, Change & Optimize Crew according to requirement, Finalize with FE's & Coordinator)
  • Send Optimized Crew Plan & Travel Plan to Office Support
  • Provide inputs with relevant field data based on operation for formal letter communication with respective assets
  • Assist in revenue Calculations for Respective Assets
  • Prepare Standby DPR for Respective Assets as per Client Requirement
  • Assist with Data for Invoice Calculation Sheet for Respective Assets to be Submitted to Client on 1st Day of Month
  • Ensure Job Tickets are ready for invoicing
  • Arrange and Compile Invoices as per format required by respective assets
  • At the End of Well - Check DD/MWD Folder, Well Data (C&C Hrs, Depth, Drilling Hrs), Crew Movement, Data Compilation
  • Prepare and upload timesheet of department employees on SuccessFactors.
  • Report Observations, accidents, incidents and near misses immediately to the QHSE Advisor and Operations Manager
  • Attend and participate positively in all meetings, events and functions.
  • Positive and cooperative attitude towards clients, Superiors & Co-workers

 

Education / Qualifications

  • Required: Diploma in Engineering or relevant
  • Preferred: Degree in Engineering

 

Experience

  • Required: - 0 Year experience
  • Preferred: - 1 to 3 years’ experience.
